WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton heretofore applied to the Director of Highways
in the State o£ Washington for a franchise to construct, operate, and maintain a
water pipe line upon a portion of P.S.H. No. 21 in conmectf~on w~th the improvement
of the Bremerton Water Department, known as Wash. Docket 45-185, and
WHEHEAS, under Franchise No. 1508, Burwell Bantz, Director of Highways for the
State of Washingt~'~n, pursuant to the authority granted him, has granted to the
City of Bremerton, a franchise to construct, operate, and maintain a water pipe line
as more fully set forth in said franchise, and has requested the acceptance of said
franchise by the City of Bremerton,
~t~NOW THEREF0~E~.~ BE IT RESOLVED that the said franchise be and the same is hereby~~
dir~~o s~gn~e said acceptance and to returen the same to the Department of
Highways of the State of Washin8iton.
