WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 13, of Ordinance No. 1459, of the City of
Bremerton, make it ~mlawful for any ~mauthorized person to deface, injure, tamper
with, open or wilfully break, destroy or empair the usefullness of any parking meters
in the City of Bremerton, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Bremerton is desirous of securing the
arrest and conviction of persons violating the provisions of said Section 13,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the C~ty Council of the City of Bremerton that
there is hereby offere5 a reward1 in the slim of ~50.00 for information leading to
the arrest and conviction of any person or persons violating the provisions of said
Sectf~on 13 of said Ordinance No.1459, such regard to be pal8 from the Parking Meter
Fund, on the filing of a duly verified claim following such conviction.
BE IT F!~RTMER RESOLVED that any person not an employee of the Cit~ of Bremerton
is eligible to receive such reward.
BE IT FURTHEM RESOLVED that the City Clerk cause a copy of this resolution to
be published in the off~cisl City newspaper.
PASSED by the Oity Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 13th day of
January,~ 1943.
