WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton by
the owners of all of the private property abutting upon that certain street, a portion
of which is described as follows:
THE North 15 feet of East llth Street lying between the East margin of
Trenton Avenue and the West margin of Shore Avenue, and the South l0
feet of East llth Street lying between the East margin of Trenton
Avenue and the West margin of Shore Avenue, Bremerton, Kitsap County,
Washington
requesting that the above portf~on of the street be vacated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C0~MISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Bremerton fix Wednesday, the 15th day
of January, 1941, at the hour of l0 o'clock A.M., as the time when said petit~.on shall
be heard and determined by the said Commission.
2. That the City Clerk is directed forthwith to post written or printed notices
of the said hearing in three of the most conspicuous places in the City of Bremerton,
and a like notice in a conspicuous place on the said street a portion of which is sought
to be vacated, and which said notice shall contain a statement that the said petition
has been filed with this Commission to vacate the said property, together with a state-
men~ of the time and place fixed by this resolution for the hearing of the said petition.
PASSED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton this llth day of December,1940.
