WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton, by the
owners of all of the private property abutting upon the following described property, to-wit:
THAT part of the alley which runs East and West, and lies between Lots five (5)
to Eight (8) inclusive, and Lot nine (9), In Block eight (8), Plat of Port
Orchard, Kitsap County, Washington.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Commission of the City of Bremerton:
1. That the said petition shall be heard and determined by the said Commission at its
regular meeting at theCity Hall on the 8th day of January, 1941, at the hour of l0 o'clock
A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.
2. That the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to forthwith post written or
printed notices of said hearing in three of the most public places in the City of Bremerton
and a like notice in a conspicuous place on the above described portion of the alley sought
to be vacated, and which notice shall contain a statement that the said l~tition to vacate the
said property has been filed with the said Commission and a statement of the time and place
fixed by this resolution for the hearing of the said petition.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, end
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 27th day of November,1940.
