WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Bremerton, by resolution dated
October 10, 1940, has notified the City of Bremerton that it will purchase the property
under option from the City of Bremerton, included within the limits of Housing Project
(Wash 3-1) now under option at the price already agreed upon, and has directed its exe-
cutiYe secretary to secure a right of entry on said property, and
WP~EREAS, the City of Bremerton is purchasing said real property consisting of the
following described real property, to-wit:
Lots One (1) to Seven (7) inclusive, Plat of Fernwood, and the Southeast
quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 16, Township 24 North Range 1
E. W.M., Kitsap County, Washington,
from Adrian Aarts and Henney Aarts, his wife, under the terms of a real estate contract
and desires to comply with the request of the Housing Authority by granting the resuested
right of entry, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton that the City of
Bremerton hereby grants to the Housing Authority of the City of Bremerton the right to
enter upon and improve the real property hereinabove described, subject however to the
approval of said Adrian Aarts and Henney Aarts, his wife.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 17th day of October,
1940.
