WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton by
the owners of all of the private property abutting upon that ~ertain alley, a portion
of which is described as follows:
The East 14 feet of the '~est 20 feet of the South 115.5 feet of Tract 25,
Tebbets' Acre Tracts; also, the East 14 feet of the West 20 feet of the
North 78.4 feet of the South 193.9 feet of Tract 25 of Tebbets' Acre Tracts,
requesting that the above portion of the alley be vacated,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C0~$TISSTON OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
1. That the City Com$ission of the City of Bremerton fix Wednesday, the 25th day
of September, 1940, at the hour of ten o'clock A.M., as the time when said petition
shall be heard and determined by the said Commission.
2. That the City Clerk is directed forthwith to post written or printed notices
of the said hearing in three of the most conspicuous places in the City of Bremerton,
and a like notice in a conspicuous place on the said alley a portion of which is sought
to be vacated, and which said notice shall contain a statement that the said petition
has been filed with this Commission to vacate the said property, together with a
statement of the time and place fixed by this resolution for the hearing of the said
petition.
PASSED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton, this 21st day of August,1940.
