'~HEREAS, Irving G. Sullivan, patrolman on the police department of the City of
Bremerton, was bonded under the terms of Bond No. 49S1275, in the Aetna Casualty
andSurety Company, and a new bond has been filed for the said Irving G. Sullivan,
now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Bremerton that the said Bond No. 49S1275, of the
Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, be and the same is hereby cancelled and the sureties
relieved from all liability to be hereafter incurred.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 31st day of July,
1940.
