WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Bremertoh by the owners of more than two-thirds of all of the private property
abutting on that certain alley in Veldee's First Addition to ~remerton, Kitsap
County, Washington, described as follows, to-wit:
The alley in Veldee's First Addition to Bremerton, Kitsap County,
Washington.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~Y THE CITY C05~ISSION OF THE CITY OF
B~vIERTON:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Bremerton fix Saturday, the
3rd day of August, 1940, at the hour of l0 o'clock A.~Z., as the time when the
said petition shall be heard and determined by the said Commission at its
regular meeting at the City Hall at said time and place.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to forthwith post written or
printed notices of the said hearing in three of the most conspicuous places
in the City of Bremerton, and a like notice in a conspicuous place on the said
alley sought to be vacated, and which said notice shall contain a statement
that the said petition has been filed with this Commission to vacate the said
propert y, together with a statement of the time and place fixed by this
resolution for the hearing of the said petition.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
22nd day of June, 1940.
