RESOLUTION
~'~HERE.~S, the City of Bremerton is indebted to the Association of
Washington Cities in the sum of $250.00 for its membership dues for the
current year, and is also indebted in the sum of $493.50 for premium for
fire insurance covering the buildings at Roosevelt Field, and
~,~d-EREAS, the City Commission has been informed by State Examiners that
the said item of $250.00 should be paid from the Current ~xpense Fund, and
the said item of ~493.80 should be paid from the Park Fund, and
~EAS, s~id items were not separately segregated in the budget for
1940, ~nd the moneys budgeted for payment of said funds were budgeted to the
different departments hereinafter set forth, and it is necessary and advisable
that the system used in previous years, of paying these or similar items out
of various separate accounts, be discontinued, and that the money budgeted for
payment of said accounts be transferred to the Current Expense Fund and the
~ark Fund respectively, in the respective amounts of said obligations,
NOW THEqEFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED, by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton, that the following funds be charged with the respective amounts
set opposite each fund in the total sum of $745.50:

IT IS FLY, TH_ER RESOLVED that said sum of ~743.50 be credited as follows:
~250.00 to the Current Expense Fund, to be used to pay membership fee in the
Association of Washington Cities; and ~493.50 to the Park Fund, to be used to
pay the premium on fire insurance on the buildings at Roosevelt Field, said
last mentioned amount being due to Fred W. Krause Insurance Agency.
PASSED by the City Co~mission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
~ayor, and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 19th
day of June, 1940.
