'~REAS, the City of Bremerton, throuCh its Public Works Department,
has and is embarked on a program of street, water, sewer, and other
construction, and
!~EREA$, much of the work in the future will be done under contract,
which necessitates the issuance of plans and specifications therefor, and
WHEREAS the majority of specifications written on individual projects
duplicate each other in a large degree,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton in regular session do hereby adopt the ~ccompanying copy of
Standard Plans and Specifications with any subsequent amendments or additions,
as the official plans and specifications for all future contracts for such
work for the said City of Bremerton.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
~(ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
15th day of June, 1940.
