WHEREAS, the Port of Bremerton, as plaintiff, secured a judgment agninst
the City of Bremerton, in Cause No. 14327 in the Superior Court of the State
of Washington for Kitsap County, in the sum of $1177.22, and the Port of
Bremerton has caused to be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton
a certified transcript of said judgment and a satisfaction of said judgment as
required by and in conformance with Paragraph 953 Remington's Revised Statutes
of WaBhington, and said judgment must be paid, as in said Paragraph 953 provided,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~{E CITY C0~G~[ISSION OF THE CITY OF
B~EMERTON, That the City Clerk be and he is hereby ordered end directed to
execute s warrant in favor of the Port Of Bremerton in said sum of $1177.22,
drawn on the Current Expense Fund, and to deliver the same, when proper~y
signed, to the said Port of Bremerton, or any one of the three commissioners
thereof, in payment and satisfaction of said judgment.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
1st day of May, 1940.
