BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of 6remerton, that
the l~iayor and City Clerk thereof be and they are hereby authorized to execute
and record in the office of the County Auditor of Kitsap County, an instrument
to be prepared by the City Attorney, dedicating the following described
property owned by the City of Bremerton, for use as a public street and to be
added to the public street and highway system of the City of Bremerton:
The ~{est twenty (20) feet of the following described
property:
Fart of the Southwest cuarter of the Northwest %uarter
of Section 14, Township 24 N., Range 1 E, beginning
at the Northwest corner of Lot 5, Block 1. Hugh T.
,~illiams' Acre Tracts; thence ~Vest 331.42 feet; thence
South 258 feet; thence East 331.42 feet; thence Yorth
~58 feet to beginning,
situated in the County of Kitsap, State of Washington.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of ~remerton, signed by the
~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
6th day of April, 1940.
