BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton that the
resolution dated ~[arch 30, 1940, authorizing the ~;ayor and City Clerk to
execute the lease between the City of Bremerton, lessor and i~andolph Albert,
lessee, be and the said resolution is hereby cancelled and rescinded, and the
lease therein referred to, not having been executed, is hereby cancelled.
BE IT .~T~R RESOLVED that the ~,~ayor and City Clerk of the City of
Bremerton be snd they are hereby authorized to execute a lease on the form
prepared by the City Attorney and read to the City CoFm~ission, by and between
the City of Bremerton, as lessor, and Wilkins-Larsen, Inc., a ~ashlngton
corporation as lessee, leasing the City Dock at the foot of Second Street
to the said corporation, for ~$35.00 per month for a period of twenty (20)
months from April 1, 1940.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
~!ayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
third day of April, 1940.
