BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, that
George R. Nutter, City Treasurer, be and he is hereby authorized to have signs
made with the cooperation of the fire department of the City of Bremerton,
reading: "FOR
CITY OF BRE~ERTON"
and to post the said signs on parcels of city property which are subject to
sale.
BE IT FURTHdER RESOLVED that the said City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to arrange for the issuance of title insurance, insuring purchasers of property
from the City of Bremerton against loss by reason of defect in the title of
the City of Bremerton in cases where insurance policies are desired by such
purchaser.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
3rd day of April, 1940.
