'~WHEREAS, the owners of the following described real property, to-wit:
Lots 1 and 2 and the North 20 feet of Lot $, Block 7, Charleston, and
Lots 18, 19 and 20, Block 6, Charleston, Kitsap County, Washington,
have petitioned the Commissioners of the City of Bremerton to vacate that
part of Coontz Street lying between the east margin of Montgomery Avenue
and the Navy Yard fence, and
WHEREAS, it appears that said petitioners are the owners of all the
property abutting upon said street,
NOW THEREFORE, BE AND IT HEREBY IS
Resolved that said petition be heard on the 20th day of April, 1940, at
the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the Commissioners' Room at the City Hall,
in the City of Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington, and it is further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton post three written
notices of said hearing at least 20 days before the date of said hearing in
three of the most public places in the City of Bremerton, and to place a
like notice in a conspicuous place on the said street sought to be vacated.
~ich said notice shall contain a statement that a petition has been filed to
vacate said Coontz Street and shall give the time and place of hearing thereon
as provided by law.
