WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton recovered judgment ageinst Aubrey Francis
Clark and Grace R. Clark, his wife, plaintiffs, in the sum of $127.06, in the
Supreme Court of the State of Washington, in Kitsap County cause No. 13774,
wherein said Clark and wife sued the City of Bremerton on account of the death
of their son, and all costs in said cause were advanced by the United Pacific
Insurance Company, which is entitled to be reimbursed in said sum of $127.06,
as soon as the said costs are collected, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton that the
~ayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sign the
attached "Satisfaction of Judgment" in triplicate, satisying the judgment for
said costs in the Supreme Court of the State of Washington.
BE IT FLq~TH~R RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to hand said triplicate
satisfaction of judgment to the City Attorney, who is authorized and directed
to deliver same to F. W. Moore, attorney for said Clark and wife, upon payment
of said sum of $127.06 to the United Pacific Insurance Company.
BE tT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event the said F. W. %~oore prefers to
or insists upon making said payment direct to the City of Bremerton by check,
the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to endorse said check "Pay to
the order of United Pacific Insurance Company, City of Bremerton, by E. g.
McCall, City Clerk," and forward the said check to the United Pacific Insurance
Company.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in attestation of such passage, this 20th
day of March, 1940.
