~gHEREAS, J. L. Beardsley, the owner of the following described real
property, to-wit:
Lots 27, 28, 29 and 30, Block 20, Original Plat of Charleston, and
Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 20, Original Plat of Charleston,
Kttsap County, Washington,
has petitioned the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton to vacate
the alley lying between the above described real property, and
~VHEREAS, it appears that he is the owner of all the real property
abutting on said alley that he desires to have vacated,
N0!¥~ THEREFORE, BE .~ND IT HEREBY IS
RESOLVED, that said petition be heard on Saturday, March 30, 1940,
in the Commissioners room in the City of Bremerton, in the City Hall, at
the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M., or as soon thereafter as same can be heard,
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton post 20
day notice of the hearing on said petition by posting said notices in three
public places in the City of Bremerton, Washington, and 8 like notice in a
conspicuous place in the alley sought to be vacated in the manner and form
provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton, this 2nd
day of March, 1940.
