WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton issued its Warrant No. 55, on September
18, 1959, in the sum of $S908.92, in favor of ![erbert H. Conway, Inc., and
drawn against the garage construction fund, Account 1~65-F, same being the
retained percentage for the construction of the Bremerton ~.~uniclpal Garage,
and
WHEREAS, in Kitsap County Superior Cour Cause No. 14479, the City of
Bremerton has been ordered to deposit said sum in the registry of the said
court, a copy of said order being attached to this resolution,
NOW T~REFCRE, IT IS ~REBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY CC~ISSION OF THE CITY
OF ~i~RE~,(ERTON, That the said Warrant No. 55, in the sum of ~2908.9~, be
cancelled and that a new warrant for the same amount be drawn in favor of
the 'Kitsap County Clerk" and delivered to Arthur Lund, Clerk of the Kitsap
County Superior Court for deposit into the registry of the court, in compliance
with the order of the said court.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage on
the 7th day of February, 1940.
