'~qEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, on the 19th
day of ~farch, 1938, adopted a resolution directing the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute a contract of sale of the following described property, to C. W.
Johnson, to-wit:
Lots i and 2, Block 25, Charleston, Kitsap County, Washington, and
~EREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, on the 8th day
of May, 1937, adopted a resolution directing the ~ayor and City Clerk to
execute a contract of sale of the following described propert[.~, to ~oy A.
l~hillips, to-wit:
Lots 4 and 5, Block l, First Addition to Charleston, Kttsap County,
State of Washington,
and the said C. W. Johnson and the said Roy A. Phillips have failed to
make any do~m payment and have decided not to purchase the said respective
tracts above ~scribed,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said resolutions dated [~arch 19,
1938, and May 8, 1937, be and the same are hereby ca.ncelled and the said C. W.
Johnson and the said Roy A. Phillips are hereby declared to have no right,
title and interest in and to the said respective tracts hereinabove described
and the said respective tracts hereinabove described and the said real
property is hereby declared for sale to any other person under the laws of the
State of Washington.
PASSED by the City Commission of the State of Washington, signed by the
[~ayor end attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
3rd day of February, 1940.
