RESOLUTION NO. 98
WHEREAS, H. A. B~enn, Commissioner of Finance of the City of Bremer-
ton, has tendered his resignation as Commissioner of Klnance of the City
of Bremerton and has accepted the office of MaYor of the City of
Bremerton, to which he had been previously appointed, by filing his bond
~d oath, and is now the duly appointed, qualified and acting Mayor of
the City of Bremerton, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the said resi~ation be ~d is hereby accepted,
and that a vacancy is hereby declared to exist in the office of the
Commissioner of Finance of the City of Bremerton.
BE IT F~T~R RE$0L~D that L. Frank Wilkes be and he is hereby
appointed as Commissioner of Finance of the City of Breme~on, to act as
Commissioner of Finance to fill the vacancy created by the resf~ation
of H. A. Brue~, and to serve for the balance of the term to which said
H. A. Bruenn was elected.
PASS~ by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, in regular
session assembled, signed by the Mayor, md attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage, this 23rd day of July, 1941.
