VfHEREAS, the City of Bremerton, at its regular meeting on the 8th
day of April, 1939, by. resolution duly adopted~ directed the ~.~yor
and City Clerk to enter into a real estate, contract as vendors, bind-
ing the city of Bremerton to convey to Harry Ballou, a bachelor, as
vendee, the following described property for the full purchase price
of $565. oo: · ..
Lot 31, Block 17, Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington, and
?VHEREA~, the said contr~act was delivered and is in 'full force and
effect and th8 Said Harry.Ballou has subsequently, died and his estate
is bein~ p~'obated in the Superol. or CoUrt for Kitsap County as cause No..
6374, and the administrator of said estate has tendered the balance
of the purchase price to the City of Bremerton and is demsunding a
deed, now therefore,
BE IT RESOL~EO,. That 'th'e Mayor and tt{e City Cl,erk of' th'e City Of
Bremerton are hereby directed to. execute a deed to' th.e following'
described property to the esta'te of Harry Ballou, deceased, as
grantee, and to deliver the same to the administrator of the said
estate upon payment of the balance of the purchase price, in conform-
ance With the~term~-0~'the real estate contract now in effect.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such pass~i~e, ~h.i's'~I62'h' day of July, 1941.
