general taxes on Lots 10 and 11, Block 16, Rse~e's First..Addition to
Port Orchard United States Navy Yard, 'and Lots 5 to 10, inclusive,
Block 11, L. S. Rowers First Addition to Bremerton,, Kitsap County,
State of Washington, and. the said pr~operty was struck off to the said
KitsaD County at the tax fo~eolosu~e sale,;' that at the time'of such
foreclosur~ sale, there ~ere delinquent assessments against the said
property payable to the different local ~mprovement districts ~n the
City of Bremerton; and the City of~ Bremerton~ did pay to Kitsap County
the taxes theTeon as by law provided and no~'~as a Treasurer's Deed
to the said property, and'the said City of Bremerton is desirous of
sellin~ said property to pay the texes and delinq~ent assessments
assessed sgainst the said real property, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by thin, City Comm,ission ~of~the-City' of Bremerton,
that the 5~ayo~ and City Clerk thereof, b%~and they are her%bY author-
ized and directed to sell s~td above described property to N. P.
Peterson, a married man, for the total cash price of Twe Thousand
Nine Hundred Fifty and no/100ths ($2950.00) Dollars, and to execute a
deed in the name.0f the.City-of Bremerton in favor of said N. P.
Peterson, a married man, for delivery to said purchaser upon full
payment of the said purchase price.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage, this 16th day of July, 1941.
