RESOLUTICN NO. 94
W!iEREkS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for
general taxes on Lots 8 and 9, Block 21, ~eese's First Addition to Port
Orchard United States Navy Yard, Kitsap County, State of '3ashington, and
the said property was struck off to the said Kitsap County at the tax
foreclosure sale; that at the time of such foreclosure sale, there were
delinouent assessments against the said property payable to the different
local improvement districts in the City of Bremerton; and the City of
Bremerton did pay to Kitsap County the taxes thereon ~,s by law provided
and no~ has a Treasurer's Deed to the said property, and the said City of
Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to pay the taxes and
delinouent assessments assessed against the said real p~operty, now
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, that
the Mayor and City Clerk thereof be and they are hereby authorized and
d~rected to sell said above described property to ~estern ~ashington
Corporation of Seventh Day Adventists, a corporation, for the total cash
price of ~ight Hundred Dollars ($800.00), and to execute a deed in the
name of the City of Bremerton in favor of s~id ~Vestern %Vashington

PASSED by the City Commission of the City of ~remerton, signed bM
