~,~HEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for general
taxes on Lots 13, 14, 15, Block 9; Lots 2, 3, 4, 13, 14 and 15, Block 14, Lots 2, 3,
4, Block 17, of Charleston Tidelands, Kitsap County, ~ashington, and the said prop-
erty was struck off to the said Kitsap County at the tax foreclosure sale; that at
the time of such foreclosure sale, there were delinquent assessments against the said
property payable to different local improvement districts in the City of Bremerton;
and the City of Bremerton did pay to Kitsap County the taxes thereon as by law pro-
vided and now has ~ Treasurer's Deed to the said property, and the said City of
Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to pay the taxes and delin0uent assess-
ments against the said real property, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton that the 5~yor
and City Clerk thereof be and are hereby authorized and directed to sell said above
described property to E; B. Lent and Ethel M. Lent, his wife, T. C. Blomberg and
Marian J. Blomberg, his wife, and H. D. Lent and Irene Lent, his wife, for the total
cash price of Nine Hundred and no/100ths ($900.00) Dollars and to execute a deed in
the name of the City of Bremerton, in favor of said E~ B. Lent and Ethel ~. Lent,
his wife, T. C. Blomberg and Marian J. Blomberg, h~s wife, and H. D. Lent, and Irene
Lent, his wife, for delivery to said purchasers upon full payment of the said purchase
price.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 18th day of
June, 1941.
