BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton that the
~ayor and City Clel'k be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
agreements by and between the City of Bremerton and property owners residing
within the city limits of Bremerton, when the property is not served by any
sewer connection but in the opinion of the City Engineer can be connected with
the city sewer system, ,~ithout prejudice to the rights of the c~.ty or other users
of said system, which said agreement shall provide that in the event o_~ the
~ormation of a local improvement dj. strict, including such real ~,roperty, the
owners thereof, their heirs, executors and assigns, shall waive the right to
object to the proposed im~rovement, on the ground that they are already co~ne(~ted
with the sewer system and shall pay charges for sewer connection if the city forms
a public utility sewer district and providing such agreement be passed or ap!)roved
by the City Attorney.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passsge, this llth day
of June, 1941.
