RESOLUTION NO. 86
WHEREAS, during the month of July, 1930, a Deed from the Treasurer of the City
of Bremerton, was executed in favor of the ~ity of Bremerton on foreclosure of
property hereinafter described, and it now appears that said real property was
included in said deed by error, and that the records of the OIty Treasurer show
that all local improvement district assessments on said real property have been
paid, and it appearing to the City Gommisst. on that a auit claim deed should be
executed by the City and delivered to the present owner of the said real property
in order to clear the existing cloud on said property, occasioned by said error,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM~IISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON,
that the ~,~ayor and the Oity Clerk be and they are authorized and directed to
execute, on behalf of the City of Bremerton, as grantor, a suit claim deed in favor
of Arthur 5. Personette, a married man, as grantee, to the following described reel
property:
A part of 'rrect #14, ~,icTeigh,s Garden Tracts, beginning at the south-
west corner of said Tract 14, thence East to the west side of ?~ater
Street; thence North 50 feet; thence West to the East line of Sixth
Street extended; thence South 50 feet to point of beginning, Ifitsap
County, Washington.
PASSED by the City Commission of the ~ity of ~remerton, signed by the
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 4th day of
June, 1941.
