WHEREAS, e petition has been filed with the City Clerk of the
city of Bremerton by the owners of more than two-thirAs of the
private property abutting upon that certain street, a portion of
which is described as follows:
Ail of that part of Meade Avenue lying between
the south margin of State Highway No. 21 and
the north margin of Sixth Street, ~remerton,
~itsap County, ,ashington.
requesting that the above Portion of the street be vacated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION 0F THE
CITY OF BRETON:
1. 'That the City Commission of the City of Bremerton fix Wed-
nesday, the 25th day of j~e, 1941, at the hour of 10 o'ClOCk' A. M.,
as the time when said Petition shall be heard and determined by the
said Commission.
2. That the City Clerk is directed forthwith to post written or
printed notices of the said hearing in three of the most.conspicuous
places in the City of Bremerton, and a like notice in a conspicuous
place on the said street a portion of which is sought to be vacated,
and which said notice shall contain a statement that the said petition
has been filed with this Commission to vacate the said property, to-
gether with a. statement of the time and place fixed by this resol~tion
for the hearing of the said petition.
PASSED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton this 21st day
of May, 1941.
