'NHEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for
general taxes on Lot 18, Block 2, Union High School Addition to the
Cities of Bremerton and Charleston, Kitsap County, Washington, and the
said property was struck off to the said Kitsap County at the tax
foreclosure sale; that at the time of such foreclosure sale, there were
delincuent assessments against the said property payable to the differ-
ent local ~mprovement districts in the city of Bremerton; and the City
of Bremerton did pay to Kitsap County the taxes thereon as by law
provided and now has a Treasurer's Deed to the said property, and the
ssid City of Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to pay the
taxes and delincuent assessments assessed against the said real property,
now therefore
BE IT ~SOLVED by the ~ity Commission of the City of Bremerton,
that the Mayor and City Clerk thereof be and they are'hereby authorized
and directed to sell said above described property to Herbert C. Baker
and Jule W. Baker, his wife, for the total cash price of Three Hundred
($300.00) Dollars, and to execute a deed in the name of the City of
Bremerton in favor of said Herbert C. Baker and Jule W. Baker, his
wife, for delivery to said purchasers upon full payment of the said
purchase price.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage, this 21st day of May, 1941.
