WREREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bremerton passed Resolution No.
63, on April 9, 1941, whereunder and whereby the City Commission authorized
the ~a¥or and City Clerk of the City of Bremerton to execute a contract provid-
lng for the sale of the following described real property to Lulu D. Haddon, a
widow, to-wit, the North 60 feet of Lots 8 and 9, Block 7, Union High School
Addition, Kitsap County, Washington, and
!~ERM~\8, the said Lulu D. ~addon has decided not to buy said property and
has notified the City Commission that she will not make the down payment or any
payment on the said property, and that no payment has been made or received by
the City Commission, now therefore,
BE IT RESOL~D that the said Resolution No. 63, dated April 9, 1941, is
hereby cancelled and rescinded, and the said Lulu D. Haddon, is hereby declared
to have no right, title or interest in and to the said real property hereinbefore
described, which is hereby declared to be available for sale to any third person.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 14th day
of May 1941.
