RESOLUTION NO. 6~
WHEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Nashington, foreclosed for general taxes on
the North one-half of Lot 18, Block 9, Original Town of Charleston, Kitsap County,
Washington, and the said property was struck off to the said Kltsap County at the tax fore-
closure sale; that at the time of such foreclosure sale, there were delinquent assessments
against the said property payable to the different local improvement districts ~n the City
of ~remerton; and the City of Bremerton did pay to Kttsap County the taxes thereon as by
law provided and now has a Treasurer's Deed to the said property, and the said City of
Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to pay the taxes and delinquent assessments
assessed against the said real property, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, that the Mayor and
City Clerk thereof be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sell said above
described property to Blanche E. Stineman, a married woman, as her sole and separate prop-
erty, for the total cash price of One Hundred and no/100ths ($100.00) Dollars, and to
execute a deed in the name of the City of Bremerton in favor of said Blanche E. Stineman,
a married woman, as her sole and separate property, for delivery to said purchaser upon
full payment of the said purchase price.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 9th day of April, 1941.
