BE IT RESOLVED that Tract 14, Bremerton Water Works Tracts No. 2, Kitsap County,
Washington, be sold to Paul M. Cripe and Geraldine C. Cripe, his wife, for the total su~
of Three Mundred Fifty and no/100ths ($350.00) Dollars, under contract providing that the
purchaser shall make a cash payment of $70.00 thereon, and the balance in the sum of $280.00,
in monthly payments of $10.00, together with interest on unpaid balances at six per cent,
per annum, and when said payments are made, together with interest, that a deed be delivered
to said purchaser for said property.
BE IT F%RTF~R RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to make, execute and deliver to said purchaser, in the name of the City of
Bremerton, a contract for the sale and purchase of said above described property; and also
to make, execute and at the time the purchase price shall have been paid in full, to deliver
to said purchaser a good and sufficient deed to the said property.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~'~ayor and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 2nd day of April, 1941.
