Home My WebLink About058-40- RESOLUTION NO. 58 '/~EREAS, the City of Bremerton signed, on March 29, 1941, a lease with the United States of America, wherein certain real property belonging to the City of 3remerton will be leased to the government at the rate of $2100.00 per year, for the duration of the p~esent national defense emergency, and the property in question wa~ purchased with the funds of and improved by the Health and Sanitation Department of the City of ~remerton, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cf. ty ~ommission of the City of Bremerton, that all funds received by the City of Bremerton from the [~ni~ed States of America as rental on said lease, shall be credited to the Health and Sanitation Department, and deposited in the proper fund or funds of the said Department. PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor, aod attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 2nd day of April, 1941. Attest:
