BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, that the Mayor and
City Clerk be and they are hereby directed to execute, for and on behalf, of the City of
Bremerton, a certain leas® in triplicate Original, by and between the City of Bremerton,
as Lessor, and the United States of America, as Lessee, date~ March 29, 1941, which has
been read to the City Commission at a regular meeting of the City Commission, on this 2~th
day of March, 1941, .whereby the Lessor, the City of Bremerton, leases to said Lessee
certain property adjoining the ball park in the City of Bremerton, in order that the
United States of America may construct dwelling units thereon for approximately .five
hundred single men.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby directe~ to mail said tripli-
cate original copies of said leases forthwith and immediately following the signing of
same, to the Regional Director, Farm Security Administration, E33 Terminal Sales Building,
Portland, Oregoh, together With a certified copy of this resolution.
PASSED by the .City Commission of the Oily of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication thereof, this ggth day of March, lg41.
