~VHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton
by the owners of all of the private property abutting upon that certain street, a
portion 'of which is described as follows: ~
All of that portion of Eleventh (llth) Steet lying between the East
margin of Washington Avenue extended and the U. S. Government meander
-line, Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington,
recuesting that the above portion of the street be wacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~ESCLVED ~Y THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Bremerton fix Wednesday, the 23rd
day of April~, 1941, at the hour of ten o'clock A. M. as the time when said petition
shall be heard and determined.by the said Commission.
2. That the City~ Clerk is directed forthwith to post written or printed notices
of the said hearing in three of the most conspicuous places in the City of Bremerton,
and a like notice in a conspicuous place on the said street a portion of which is
sought to be vacated, and which said notice shall contain a statement that the said
petition h~s been filed with this Commission to vacate the said property, together with
a statement of the time and place fixed by this resolution for the hearing of the said
petition.
PASSED by the Gommission of the C~ty of Bremerton this 26th day of March, 1941.
