'~E:{EAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for general taxes
on Lot Two (2), Klinghsmmer's Addition to Bremerton, }qitsap County, State of Washington,
and the said property was struck off to the said Kitsap County at the tax foreclosure
sale; that at the time of such foreclosure sale, there were delinquent assessments
against the said property payable to the different local improvement districts in
the city of Bremerton; and the City of ~remerton did pay to Kitsap County the taxes
thereon ~s by law provided and now has a Treasurer's Deed to the said property, and
the said City of Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to pay the taxes and
delineuent assessments assessed against the said real property, now therefore,
B~: IT ~ESOLVED BY the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, that the Mayor
and City Clerk thereof be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sell said
above described ?roperty to Arnold S. '~ang and Sarah ~. Bang, his wife, for the total
cash price of Three Hundred (~300.00) Dollars, and to execute a deed in the name of
the City of Bremerton in favor of Arnold S. Wang and Sarah h~. Wang, his wife, for
delivery to said purchas~rs upon full payment of the said purchase price.
PASSED by the City Co~m~ission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 20th day of h~arch,
1941.
