BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, that Sopia
Bremer be and she is hereby granted permission to grade and surface the alley
running along the westerly side of Block Three (3) in the Town of Bremerton, accord-
ing to the recorded plat thereof, between the northerly boundary of Second Street
and the southerly line of Lot 12 in said Block 3, extended across said alley, all
according to said recorded plat, in accordance with the plans heretofore submitted
to the City Engineer for the improvement of said alley and the area adjacent thereto;
and the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed, for
and on behalf of the City of Bremerton, to give to the said Sophia Bremer permission
to make said improvement as outlined on said~plans as soon as the City Engineer shall
have approved said plans in writing.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication thereof, this 26th day of March, 1941.
