RESOLUTION NO. 4S
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton, under date of November 23, 1938, entered into
an agreement for the sale of Lot 10, Block 11, Second Addition to Charleston,
Kitsap County, Washington, to F. J. Perry for the sum of $380.00, payable $60.00
down and the balance at the rate of $12.00 per month plus interest at the rate of
seven per cent per annum, and
'F~EREAS, said F. J. Perry has paid only his down payment of $60.00 but is
desirous of continuing said contract by paying in installments of $20.00 per month,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
hereby empower and direct its Mayor to renew said mentioned agreement, payable
$20.00 or more on April 1, 1941, and $20.00 or more on the first day of each
succeeding month thereafter plus interest at the rate of 7% per annum until the
entire amount of principal and interest shall have been paid. Ail installments to
be first applied to retire the accrued interest and after the accrued interest is
paid, the installments shall be $20.00 or more on the principal plus interest at
the rate of seven per cent per annum.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 5th day of
March, 1941.
