',~{EREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of ?lashington, foreclosed for general taxes
on the following described real property, to-wit, Lots 9 and 10, Block 10, L. S. Rowe's
Addition to Bremerton, Kitsap County, State of ~ashington, and the said property was
struck off to the said Kitsap County ~t the tax foreclosure sslel and that at the time
of such foreclosure sale, there were delinquent assessments a~ainst the said proi~erty
payable to different local improvement districts in the City of Bremerton, and. the
City of Bremerton did pay to Kitsap County the taxes thereon as by law provided end hes
now a Treasurer's Deed to the said prot~erty, and the said City of Bremerton is desiro~s
of selling said property to pay the taxes and delinquent assessments assessed against
the said real property,
NOW THEREFORE, ~i~ IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, that
the Mayor and City Clerk thereof, be end they are hereby authorized and directed to sell
said above described property to Isidore Sclare, a divorced man, for the total vurch~se
-~rice of ~785.00, and for that purpose to enter into a contract with the said Isidor~
Sclsre, a divorced man, for said ssle in the name of the City of Bremerton, the said
aontract to Drovlde for a cash payment of $85.00, and the balance in the sum of $?00.00
'payable in monthly installments of ~25.00 per month, ~lus interest at seven per cent ~er
~nnum, payable at the time said installments are paid, the said contract to provide that
the purchaser sh8ll pay the taxes and assessments hereafter levied, and provide that
time be the essence of the contract, with forfeiture of moneys paid, in the event that
the purchase price is not paid within the time provided therein, and ~].so to execrate a
deed in the name of the City of !3remerton in favor of said Isidore Sclare, s divorced
man, the said deed to be retained by the City Clerk until the full purchase ~rice is
?aid, toðer with interest thereon, and to be delivered to said purchaser at s~ch time
as the said purchase price and interest thereon are paid in full.
