'~IEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for general taxes on
Lots 23 to 28 inclusive, Block 22, Original Town of Charleston, Kitsap County, Washi~]gton
and the said property was struck off to the said Kitsap County at the tax foreclosure
sale; that at the time of such foreclosure sale, there were delinquent assessments agains~
the said property payable to the different local improvement districts in the City of
Bremerton; and the City of Bremerton did pay to Kitsap County the taxes thereon as by law
provided ~nd now has a Treasurer's Deed to the said property, and the said City of
Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to pay the taxes and delin~uent ~ssessment:
assessed against the said real property, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, that the Nayor ~nd
City Clerk thereo2 be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sell said above
described property to C. LV. Johnson, a married man, for the total cash price of ~¢o Thebes-
and four Hundred Seventy-five and no/100ths ($2475.00) Dollars, and to execute a deed in
the name 0£ the City of Bremerton in favor of said C. ~. Johnson, a married man, for
delivery to said purchaser upon full p~yment of the said purchase price.
?ASSED by the City Commission of the C~ty of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in euthentication of such passage, this 21st day of February,
1941.
