RESOLUTION NO. 34
BE IT RESOLVED, that Tract 9, Bremerton Water Works Tracts No. 2, Kitsap County,
~ashington, be sold to Iven Cranmer and Valasta Cranmer, his wife, for a total Durchase
price of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars, under contract providing that the purchasers
shall make a cash payment o~ $40.00, and the balance in the sum of $160.00, in ~onthly
payments of $10.00, together with interest on unpaid b~lsnces at six per cent per
annum, and when said payments are made, together with interest, that s deed be delivered
to said purchasers for said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor ~nd City Clerk be and they are hereby author-
ized and directed to make, execute and deliver to said purchasers, in the name of the
City of Bremerton, a contract for the sale and purchase of the above entitled property;
and also to make, execute and at the time the purchase price shall have been paid in
full, to deliver to said purchasers a good and sufficient deed to the said property.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Nayor ~nd
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 19th day of February,
1941.
