BE IT RESOLVED that Tracts 33 and 34, Bremerton ~t~ater ;¥orks Tracts No. 2, Kltsap
County, ~ashington, be sold to ~. B. Van Decar and lv, artha ~. V~n Dec,r, his wife, for a
total ?urchase price of Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars, under contract providing that
the purchasers shall make a cash payment of $80.00 thereon, and the b~l~nce in the s~
of ~320.00 in monthly payments of $20.00 per month, together ~ith interest on ~np~id
balances at six per cent per annum, .~nd when said payments are made, together ;~ith
interest, that a deed be delivered to said purchasers for said property.
BE IT ~?UR~ER RESOLVED that the ~.~ayor and City Clerk be and they ~re hereby ~thor-
~zed and directed to make, execute ~nd deliver to said purchasers, in the name of the
City of Bremerton, a contract for the sale ~nd purchase of the above entitled p~operty;
and also to m~ke, execute and at the tinge the purchase price shall h~ve been paid in full,
to deliver to said purchasers a good and sufficient deedto the said property.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 19th day of February,
1941.
