RESOLUTION NO. 52
BE IT RESOLVED that Tracts 23, 24, 27, 35 and 8, Bremerton ,'later Works Tracts No. 2,
Kitsap County, Washington, be sold to Harry G. ~axwell, a married man, for the total
purchase price of Eleven Hundred Fifty ($1150.00) Dollars, under contract providing that
the purchaser shall make a cash payment of $230.00 thereon, and the balance in the sum of
$9£0.00 in monthly payments of $45.00, together with interest on unpaid balances at s~x
per cent per annum, and when said payments are made, together with interest, that a deed
be delivered to said purchaser for said property.
BE IT FLRTHER RESOLVED that the L[ayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby author-
ized and directed to make, execute and deliver to said purchaser, in the name of the
City of Bremerton, a contract for the sale and purchase of said above described pro!~erty;
and also to make, execute and at the time the purchase price shall have been paid in f~ll,
to deliver to said purchaser a ?ood ~nd sufficient deed to the said property.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the lfsyor end
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 19th day of February,
1941.
