RESOLUTION NO. 31
WHEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for general taxes on
South half (S~) of Lot 16 and all of Lot 17, Block 2, First Addition to Charleston, Kitsap
County, Washington, and the said property was struck off to the said Kitsap County at the
tax foreclosure sale; that at the time of such foreclosure sale, there were delinquent
assessments against the said property payable to the different local improvement districts
in the City of Charleston, prior to its consolidation with the City of Bremerton, ond the
City of Bremerton did pay to Kitsap County the taxes thereon as by law provided and now
has a Treasurer's Deed to the said property, and the said City of Bremerton is desirous
of selling said property to pay the taxes and delinquent assessments assessed against the
said real property, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the Cit% of Bremerton, that the kayor and
City Clerk thereo2 be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sell said above
described property to Albert B. Loper, a bachelor, for the total cash purchase price of
One Hundred Sixty-five ($165.00) Dollars, and to execute a deed in the n~me of the City o~
Bremerton, in f~vor of said Albert B. Loper, a bachelor, for delivery to s~id purchaser
upon full payment of the said purchase price.
P~SSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~,iayor, ~nd
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 19th day of February,
1941.
