RESOLUTION NO. 26
BE IT RESOLVED, that Tract #29, Bremerton Water Works Tracts #2, Kitsap County,
~ashington, be sold to H. C. Wittenmeyer, a married man, for a total purchase price
of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars, under contract, providing that the purchaser shall
make a cash payment of Forty ($40.00) Dollars thereon, and the b~lance of ~160.00 in
monthly payments of $10.00, together with interest on unpaid balances at six per cent
per aunum, and when said p~yments are fully made, together with interest, that a deed
be delivered to said purchaser for said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the ~ayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver to said purchaser in the name
of the City of Bremerton, a contract for the sale and purchase of the above entitled
property; and also to m~ke, execute and at the time the purchase price shall have been
paid in full, to deliver to said purchaser a good and sufficient deed to the said
property.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the layor
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 13th day of £ebruary,
1941.
