RESOLUTION N0. 25
BE IT RESOLVED, that Tract #10, Bremerton Water Works Tracts #2, Kitsap County,
Washington, be sold to Amelia G. Vendergriff, a married woman, for the total purchase
price of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars, under contract providing that the purchaser
shall make a cash payment of Forty ($40.00) Dollars thereon, and the balsnce in the
sum of One Hundred Sixty ($160.00) Dollars in monthly payments of $10.00, together
with interest on unpaid balances at six per cent per annum, and when said payments
e~e made together with interest, that a deed be delivered to said purchaser for said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the ~ayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver to said purchaser, in the name of
the City of Bremerton, a contract for the sale and purchase of the above entitled prop-
erty: and also to make, execute and at the time the purchase price shall have been paid
in full, to deliver to said purchaser a good and sufficient deed to the said property.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the },~yor ~nd
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 13th day of
February, 1941.
