RESOLUTION NO. 22
~EREAS, the Aetna Casualty & Surety Company executed as surety a cont-
inuous public official bond for indefinite term, on behalf of Police Officer
Vern Irvin Carey, as principal, for a term beginning June 6, 1939, and there-
after there was filed and the city has paid the premium for a surety bond
furnished by Fred W. Krause as agent, and the said Aetna Casualty & Surety
Company bond has been cancelled, and is not in effect, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton that the
original bond of the Aetna Casualty & Surety Company, on file with the City
Clerk, has been and is hereby cancelled as of the first day of January, 1941,
and the surety thereon is hereby relieved from all liability thereafter
incurred.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
~layor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
13th day of February, 1941.
