Home My WebLink About018 -17- RESOLUTION NO. 18 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton by the owners of property abutting on a street in the City of Bremerton, describer as follows; to-wit: Fart of Government Lot l, Section 13, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.~i., described as follows: Beginning at a point ~ich is the intersection of the Government Dleander Line with a line that lies parallel with and 773.30 feet North of the Sout~ line of Government Lot l, said point being the true point of beginning, and identical with the Northeast corner of a tract conveyed to Harry ~. Eyers be deed recorded in Volume 262 of Deeds on page 186, ~udltor's File No. 309914, Records of Kitsap County, Washington; thence West along North line of Eyers tract to a point on a line that lies parallel with aud $0 feet distant south- westerly from Government Meander Line; thence Southeasterly and parallel to said Meander Line to an intersection with the '3est line of Water Street, said point lying 30 feet West of the West line of Block 5 of the Plat of Bayview Addition to Bremerton, recorded in Volume 2 of Plats on page 58, records of Kitsap County, Washington; thence North along the West line of Water Street to the Government Meander Line; thence Northwesterly along said Meander Line to the true point of beginning, except there- from any portion embraced by Sheldon Boulevard; situate in Kit~ap County, Washington. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, That the City Commission of the City of Bremerton fix March 5, 1941, at the hour of l0 o'clock A.~., as the time when the said petition shall be heard and determined by the said City Commission at its regular meeting at the City Hall at said time ahd place. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk be directed to forthwith post written or printed notices of the said hearing in three of the most conspicuous places in the City of Bremerton and a like notice in a conspicuous place on said street sought to be vacated, and which said notice shall contain a state- ment that the said petition has been filed with this Commission to vacate the said property, together with a statement of the time and place fixed by this resolutioh for the hearing of the said petition.
