RESOLUTION NO. 16
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is the owner and holder of a Judgment
in Kitsap County Cause No. 14070, entitled, W. A. Beakley, plaintiff, vs.
City of Bremerton, et al, defendants, Nelva G. Beakley, additional defend-
ant, in the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Nine & no/100ths ($369.00) Dollars,
and the American Surety Company, as surety on the official bond of the
said W. A. Beakley while he acted as City Attorney for the City of Bremerton,
is now ready to pay the said judgment upon execution of a good and valid
assignment of said Judgment to the said American Surety Company,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Bremerton, be and they are hereby authorized to execute and deliver
an assignment of Judgment, hereinbefore referred to, to the American Surety
Company, upon payment of the sum of $369.00.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage,
this 5th'day of February, 1941.
