RESOLUTION NO. 15
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton, pursuant to resolution dated December
27, 1939, entered into a real estate contract on the 9th day of January,
1940, with N. P. Peterson, a married man, wherein and whereby the City of
Bremerton agreed to sell to the said Peterson, the following described
property, to-wit:
Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block ll, Second Addition to Charleston,
Kitsap County, Washington, for the sum
of $1290.00, and
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has eroneously credited the said contract
with total payments aggregating the sum of $1090.00 on principal, end
WHEREAS, except for certain payments on interest, the correct amount
which should be credited on the principal of said contract is the sum of
$700.00,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton, that the City Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to correct
his books and records to show that a total of $700.00 has been Paid on the
principal of the said contract, instead of $1090.00, as his records now
show and to request said N. P. Peterson to sign his approval to the said
correction of said contract on a copy of this resolution.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and a~tested by the City Clerk in authentication thereof, this 29th
day of January, 1941.

CONSENT
I hereby agree to the revision and correction of my contract with the
City of Bremerton, in conformance with the provisions o£ the foregoing
resolution.
