WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk of the City
of Bremerton by the owners of property abutting on an alley in the City of
Bremerton, described as follows, to-wit:
Alley located in Block four (4), Central Addition to Bremerton,
extending North from Eleventh Street, in Kitsap County, Washington,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT P~ESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton, That the City Commission of the City of' Bremerton fix March 5,
1941, at the hour of l0 o'clock A.M., as the time when the said petition
shall be heard and determined by the said City Commission at its regular
meeting at the City Hall at said time and place.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk be directed to forthwith
post written or printed notices of the said hearing in three of the most
conspicuous places in the City of Bremerton and a like notice in a con-
spicuous place on said alley sought to be vacated, and which said notice
shall contain a statement that the said petition has been filed with this
Commission to vacate the said property, together with a statement of the
time and place fixed by this resolution for the hearing of the said
petition.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage,
this 29th day of January, 1941.
